The Affordable Art Fair…my visit

The A.A.F has been on my hit list for a while but should I go on my own or take the whole family? I took the whole family. It was a good decision as the children really enjoyed it. For them it was all about collecting gallery and artist postcards, art activity tables and a visit to the crèche (which was free).
Now for the art…
What a great idea to bring all galleries together to show case these amazing artists. It was a relaxed atmosphere with children, people with their dogs, champagne and coffee in hands.  The art on display was amazing there was something for everyone, unfortunately the art I wanted was not in my price range. (Save up for next time.) The A.A.F is a great opportunity to see different artists, gain inspiration and connect with art. Fantastic way of taking away the stigma and fear of art galleries making it accessible for all.
